I might look young but I have 30-years experience in three different industries..... I began my working career in the mid 70's with Midland Bank (now HSBC) and entered the world of international finance. I learn many things about money flow around the world, and also about large organisations. I stayed in international finance for 10 years before getting itchy feet and moving on to manage sheltered housing units in an inner city local authority. This was a more people orientated role than managing systems and number crunching. It was also a radically different kind of management of people and resources. After 10 years (yes a bit of a habit now I know) I got itchy feet again and moved into the personal development industry. For the past 10 years I have been a director of Alternatives (a fab non-profit organisation based in St. James church, Piccadilly, London). Alternatives runs a number of weekly events in a wide range of disciplines. My return to the corporate world.... In 2004 I also became an operations director of an NLP company that specialied in corporate coaching and training. Here I trained in Business NLP and coaching with Michael Breen. Michael is an amazing trainer of NLP and he has taught me so much. I trained here as a Master Business NLP Practitioner and a High Performance Coach. After 18 months I resigned from this position so I could focus on building my coaching practise. Being a writer...... In 2001 I decided that I wanted to become a writer. It made sense, after all one of my biggest passions in life was for books. Even in the most empty periods of my life a book was never far from my hand. My first book, Freeing the Spirit came about in 2002. My lastest book The Prosperity Game (Findhorn Press 2006), came after a shift in my consciousness where I began to see a different world of money work and possibility. Being a trainer and workshop presenter.... I have been facilitating workshops and giving talks since 2000. I have led retreats in The Lake District, England, Eire, and Sedona, Arizona, USA. I enjoy running retreats immensely. I have been coaching people since 2002 but really began in earnest in Jan 2006. For me coaching is amazing, and I love it's ethos of results based on awareness, direction, choice, motivation, and accessing resources.
